1.For those that have never heard of you before can you tell us a little bit about the band?
In DeathinitioN we are concentrating on developing valuable and maverick music as doing energetic and dynamic shows.
2.A couple of months back you released a new ep, how would you describe the musical sound that is present on the recording and also how does it differ from the previous demo and single you released a couple of years back?
You know, I can see many difference between those releases. The lineup changes, and progression of musical skills in members that left over bring out in new material which is definitely more advanced technically and at composition side.
3.What are some of the lyrical topics and subjects the band explores with the music?
Well, we have few favourite topics, but we still looking for new. We have some party, and funny lyrics sometimes we criticizing our local scene. Another time lyrics are touching some social issues such a relations, manipulations in whole a lot of different dimension ways.
4.What is the meaning and inspiration behind the name 'DeathinitioN?
Both Deathamphetamine by Exodus just for the game of words in name, and the band Death.
5.What are some of the best shows that the band has played over the years and also how would you describe your stage performance>
I can’t choose any show, everyone is different. The show with Helstar and Vicious Rumors was great but on the other side all shows in Gdańsk Bay Area was grat, there are a lot of metalheads who know how to mosh and how to support metal.
6.Do you have any touring or show plans for the future?
Yes, we have several gigs in the next few weeks but we are focusing on making new material for our debut LP.
7.Currently you are unsigned, are you looking for a label or have received any interest? Actually I didn’t even looking for label. We decided to put EP at one’s own cost. But we will see how it would be with LP.
8.Are any of the band members involved with any other musical projects these days?
All of them besides me. Maciej(g) and Filip(b) play together in Slainhead, Witek(d) have another band in Gdańsk, and Adi(v)have onother 2 metal bands and one acoustic project. :D
9.On a worldwide level how has the feedback been to your music by fans of thrash metal?
Yeah, we have some fans feedback from both of America, on Serbia, and some other European countries and even Indonesia.
10.What direction do you see your music heading into on future releases?
I guess our sound will be more diversified, more progressive I believe, but yet we will try play more powerful.
11.What are some bands or musical styles that have had an influence on your music and also what are you listening to nowadays?
For me most influential bands was Testament, Death, Exodus, Heathen, Forbidden. But there is a lot of another influences and it’s not only metal.
12.Do you have any non musical interests?
Yes, I like sport, I am a speedway fan. I like reading books, partying, girls, cars, just like average normal guy.
