Tunga Moln are a band from Sweden that playsstoner rock and this is a review of their 2017 album "III" which was released by HeviSike.
A very hard and heavy stoner rock starts off the album along with a great amount of melodic riffing and after awhile clean vocals are added onto the recording while all of the musical instruments have a very powerful sound of them along with the solos and leads sticking to a traditional stoner rock style.
At times they music brings in the energy of punk rock along with some proto metal touches while also sounding very modern at the same times and some songs also mix in elements of blues rock while some of the leads also add in an Iron Maiden influence and as the album progresses acoustic guitars and clean playing can also be heard on some of the tracks.
Tunga Moln plays a style of stoner rock that they give more of an up to date touch to while also adding in elements of metal, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics are written in Swedish and cover real life themes.
In my opinion Tunga Moln are a very great sounding stoner rock band and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Luleas Vampyrer" "Ingen Tyst Minut" "Svart Vatten" and "Konstein Att Falla Vackert". 8 out of 10.
