Dead South Dealers are a band from Greece that plays a mixture of southern, stoner rock and heavy metal and this is a review of their 2017 album "Walk Through The Line" which was released by Sliptrick Records.
Melodic southern rock style guitar leads start off the album along with some metal influenced riffs while the vocals are done in a clean stoner style and you can also hear all of the musical instruments that are present on the recording and all of the musical instruments have a very powerful sound to them.
While the music has a lot of retro influences it still sounds very modern at the same time along with some tracks also bringing in a small amount of clean playing and acoustic guitars and one track also introduces psychedelic style organs onto the recording and all of the songs stick to either a sloe or mid tempo musical direction.
Dead South Dealers plays a musical style that takes southern, stoner rock and heavy metal and mixes them together to create a sound of their own, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover real life themes.
In my opinion Dead South Dealers are a very great sounding mixture of southern, stoner rock and heavy metal and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this band. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Note To Self" "Wrong Cargo" and "Vinnie The Vet". 8 out of 10.
