Zeit are a band from Italy that plays a very aggressive form of hardcore and this is a review of their 2015 album "The World is Nothing" which was released by Drown Within Records.
A very heavy guitar sound starts off the album along with some melodic riffing and all of t he musical instruments have a very powerful sound to them and after a few seconds blast beats and aggressive screams make their presence known on the recording and some of t he tracks a re very short in length.
Throughout the recording you can hear a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts and you can also hear elements of metal, punk and post hardcore in the bands musical style along with some leads that are very melodic yet technical at the same time and the whole album also remains heavy from beginning to ending of the recording.
Zeit plays a style of post hardcore that is more aggressive than most bands of this genre and also adds in some metal influences to create a very heavy recording, the production sounds very professional while t he lyrics cover angry themes.
In my opinion Zeit are a very great sounding aggressive post hardcore band and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out t his album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Worlds And Distances" "Disguised" "No Conception" and "past Meanings". 8 out of 10.
