This is another review of a recording from Pryapisme which shows some of their earlier experimental and avant garde metal with the album being called "Yyperblast Super Collider" which was released in 2013 by Apathia Records.
Electronic music sounds, Nintendo music and heavy guitars start off the album giving the music and experimental and avant garde feeling and at time s the music speeds up and adds in blast beats along with some of the riffing being melody and they also bring in elements of jazz music throughout the recording.
Solos and leads when they are utilized are very melodic and distorted sounding and there are also a few tracks that are long and epic in length along with most off the tracks being instrumental while some tracks and the songs also bring in a great amount of funk rock elements at times as the album progresses some of the songs also bring in a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts while later tracks also bring in ethnic music elements and saxophones at times and later on a brief use of spoken word parts can be heard.
Pryapisme creates another album that bring s in the heaviness of extreme metal and mixes it with avant garde and experimental as well as adding in elements of video game music, jazz, funk and electronic music to create an album that is hard to categorize and the production also sound s very professional.
In my opinion this is another great sounding recording from Pryapisme and if you are a fan of experimental and avant garde metal, you should check out the album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Random Jean" "Lesbian Bordello" and "Une Nuit Sur Le Mont Chauveli". 8 out of 10.
