Ocean Mind are a band from Greece that plays stoner rock/metal and this is a review of t heir 2013 album "2 Ready To Live" which was released by The Leaders Records.
Drums range from slow to mid paced playing with no fast playing or blast beats being present on this recording, while the synths being a a very psychedelic and 70's rock sound to t he recording, as for the bass playing it has a very strong and powerful sound with heavy riffing that dominates throughout the recording.
Rhythm guitars range from slow to mid paced riffs that combine stoner rock with 70's metal with some soft and clean playing being utilized at times, while the lead guitars are very psychedelic sounding 70's metal/rock guitar solos and leads.
Vocals a re all clean singing stoner rock vocals. while the lyrics cover everyday themes, as for the production it has a very strong, powerful, heavy and professional sound to it where you can hear all of the musical instruments that are present on this recording.
In my opinion Ocean Mind are a very great sounding stoner rock/metal band and if you are a fan of t his musical g enre, you should c heck out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Leather Messiah" "Heavy Load" "Am I Getting Right" and "End Of Time". RECOMMENDED BUY.
