Memorian are a band from the U.S that consists of many veterans from the extreme metal scene with the musical style of t his recording being a mixture of thrash, speed, and power metal and this is a review of their 2012 album "Evolution" which was released by Maple Metal Records.
Drums range from slow, mid paced to fast drumming with some blast beats being utilized at times, while the bass playing has a very strong and powerful tone with heavy riffing that dominates throughout the recording.
Rhythm guitars range from slow, mid paced to fast riffs that combine old school and modern day thrash metal with power and speed metal to create a sound of their own with a good amount of melody and technical parts being thrown into the riffing, while the lead guitars are very melodic and technical sounding power/thrash metal guitar solos and leads.
Vocals range from clean singing power metal vocals, thrash style vocals and some growls, while the lyrics cover political, hateful and everyday themes, as for the production it has a very strong, powerful, heavy and professional sound where you can hear all of t he musical instruments that are present on t his recording.
In my opinion Memorian a re a very great sounding hybrid of thrash, speed, and power metal and if you are a fan of t his musical genre, you should check out this band. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Nations On Fire" "Circle" "Death Stop" and "Methods Of The Past". RECOMMENDED BUY.
