1.Can you give us an update on what has been going on with the band since the recording and release of the new ep?
After the recording of the new EP Ruben Cuerdo has joined the band as guitarrist and we have been in live shows playing with other bands to show the public our new released songs, we had a great feedback from the audience as old songs from previous EP Devious insane are now played with two guitarrist on stage with new guitar arragements making them sound greater than before and so surprising our fans. Also people had the chance to listen the new EP on live. So everyone is satisfied and had a great fun.
2.So far you have released 2 ep's, how would you describe the musical sound that is presented on both of the recordings and also how do they differ from each other?
Obviously the first EP Devious insane is a more chaotic structure with not so coloured sound due to the limitations of the first studio where the band was doing the records. About the structure, in World of lies (the second EP) they are made with “more sense”. Anyway this is a matter of taste as many people like to be surprised more often with tempo changes and many different riffs and rithms in the same song. Played on live Devious insane songs feel greater for those who listened the EP due to the obvious improvement of the sound. Also Fran (guitar) and Zonka (Bass) have jumped into analogic valve sound wich has enriched a lot the live interpretation and the studio sound.
3.What are some of the lyrical topics and subjects the band explores with the music?
Mainly the band is focused on injustice, social absurd and parallel topics using direct or methaphoric expressions. We have to explore in introspective feelings and senses as well , but still a lot to show from us.
4.What is the meaning and inspiration behind the name 'Blast Off'?
After consensuation the name was chosen as is powerfull and we are launching ourselves into the music scene. Is always hard to choose a name for a band, however some artists used this name for songs but decide to go on with Blast Off , so there is no way back, we are Blast Off, the thrash metal band.
5.What are some of the best shows that the band has played so far and also how would you describe your stage performance?
Bigger event was Resurection Fest 2013 where we shared stage with international relevant bands, a great experience. We also all have a special memory of the Suspiria Festival that we shared with Lethal Vice, Bloodhunter, and Fallen Sentinel, we had the opportunity to share fans and feel the energy from them until the point to fall down exhausted at the end of our show. We really gave them all we had by them demand, that was really an unique sensation, also we had the choice to burn out our brains and bodys when the other bands played blowing out our last energies, as we opened the show. There is no personal trainer
that can push you so hard .As you can imagine our performance is pure heavy music on live. Music is the main proposal and the protagonist, we feel it, you will see it on stage.
6.Do you have any touring or show plans for the future?
We end on January the live shows to prepare the new material to record, maybe we accept to make some depending how we feel about them, even we have no plans for lives in 2015 we are sure that always good choices are waiting for us to go out and play lives.
7.The new ep was released on Susperia Records, are you happy with the support they have given you so far?
Suspiria has gave the right support for the exact need we had wich was having a platform to show our music to public. We are happy with them and they have a great list of bands in which we had the choice to meet and share lives and meets as musicians. That was really cool.

Surprisely in a massive information world we have been listened from Japan, Chile, México, US and some others receiving also some critics in positive and/or in a constructive way. Is incredible, this people really love Metal music.
